Johanna Perez, AP (Acupuncture Physican)

Johanna Perez is a licensed Acupuncture Physician and board certified Doctor of Oriental Medicine. She completed her Masters degree of Oriental Medicine at the  Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine.  Just after graduation Johanna visited China to immerse herself in Chinese culture, typical lifestyle and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Johanna has said the trip to China was incredible and her experiences are invaluable.  She observed, treated and participated in Shanghai University's research center and Shanghai Pu Tuo Central Hospital. Johanna practiced acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion and electric stimulation on the TCM floor of Shanghai’s new hospital. Johanna boasts her experiences in China brought great knowledge, her assurance to a new level and added to her practice of TCM. Johanna’s experiences and positive approach in treatment has led her to settle into practice with a women's wellness and longevity center. She specializes in preventative and integrative therapies designed to cultivate lasting wellness.  Treatment techniques include acupuncture, acupressure, moxibustion, cupping and herbal remedies.
