Meet Lorie McCoy:
Lorie McCoy is one of the owners and founders of Amazing Births and The Red Tent. Lorie obtained her training in prenatal education from Neonatologist Fred Wirth of the Perinatal Institute and Marie Mongan of the HypnoBirthing Institute. She received her training in hypnosis from the Omni Hypnosis Training Center in Deland, Florida and the esteemed Leidecker Institute in Chicago. Lorie is a certified HypnoFertility Practitioner and trained with Lynsi Eastburn, founder of the HypnoFertility Program. She is also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner. Her practice has a focus on women’s wellness, pregnancy and fertility. Lorie has attended hundreds of births as a labor doula and is a hypnosis instructor for new HypnoBirthing practitioners. She is an active member of DONA, CAPPA, The HypnoBirthing Institute, and the National Guild of Hypnotist. She is also an aromatherapist and is responsible for creating the Amazing Births and Red Tent custom product line.
