Our practice offers many types of massage, bodywork & mind / body therapies that are beneficial while planning to conceive. All of our therapies can be done on their own, or used to complement medical fertility treatments.

Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine Acupuncture improves blood flow to the uterus and ovaries and helps prepare the uterus for implantation and pregnancy. It calms the woman and also allows her to better deal with the stress of Western fertility treatments, if she is going through them, or with the stresses of dealing with fertility issues.

Mayan Abdominal Massage
The Arvigo techniques of Abdominal Massage* is a bodywork technique addressing the position and health of the pelvic and abdominal organs, targeting symptoms such as painful or irregular menstruation, low backache, infertility, endometriosis, PMS, difficult menopause and displaced uterus. In addition, it can improve the blood flow to the pelvic organs and improve the uterine lining, aid in digestion, as well as help urinary incontinence bladder problems and pelvic floor dysfunction.

This massage will be created just for you using techniques that meet your individual needs and conditions.For pampering, relaxation, stress reduction, rehabilitation or medical intervention. Relieves muscle tightness, anxiety, headaches, depression, hormonal changes, insomnia, arthritis, and pre-menstrual & menopausal discomforts.Our one-hour massages are geared toward your needs and unlike most spas, they actually last for 60-minutes!

Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage is the prenatal use of massage therapy to support the physiologic, structural, and emotional well-being of both mother and fetus. Massage during pregnancy can give much needed nurturance and stress reduction during this special time. Prenatal massage therapy is offered in a relaxing comfortable room and performed while the mother to be is lying on her side supported by pillows and bolsters. Breast Massage

Reiki Energy Therapy
A non-invasive hands-on healing therapy originating early 20th century Japan, where energy flows through the palms of the practitioner to bring about healing. CranioSacral Therapy
Using light pressure/touch, craniosacral therapy is a non-invasive hands on healing that alleviates soft tissue restrictions from the skull and internal head (brain) to the sacrum (tail bone) increasing cerebral fluid circulation.
